 What payment method does NEUE accept?

NEUE accepts KNET, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Online orders can be placed via Apple Pay.

 

When will I be charged?

You will be charged upon order placement. 

When will my order ship?

Local deliveries:

Same day deliveries for orders placed before 3PM. After 3PM, will be delivered the following day (excluding public holidays). A standard fee of KD 2.000 delivery charge for all areas in Kuwait.

 

International deliveries:

Please allow 1-2 days to fulfil and dispatch the order. ETA varies depending on the country. Usually, GCC countries will be deliveries within 3-5 days. Other countries, will take about 5-7 working days. 

Please note, international shipping costs varies depending on the country. The Customs & Duties charges are NOT included in the shipping cost. It will be calculated and billed to you once the package arrives at the destination.
